Michael Spiller excels in the sport of adventure racing. He’s been an active athlete most of his life, but has found that his talent and passion lies with Endurance Multi-Sport Adventure Racing. His first challenge was climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in 2006. Michael has competed in well over twenty adventure races, ranging in distances from sprints to multi-day challenges. He holds over eight first place titles. Spiller shares his passion of the sport by operating a successful adventure racing training club in Centreville, VA, NVRacing.
Spiller is extremely competitive by nature, but looks for any opportunity to teach someone the sport. His drive and determination are second to his passion. In 2006 he directed his very own local adventure race, The Urban Challenge.
